Our type of training allows partners to bring to the trainees’ curriculum a new professional experience of 6 to 24 months, attested by a Cathsseta certificate and own partner Accreditation certificate, showing all the skills exercised and successfully completed through final examinations in the framework of their training. The various tasks in which the trainees will perform during their training must be accompanied by their professional project. The final goal being the return to sustainable employment or professional independence.
Director Business Development
Our role is to mentor on the principle of theory and practice, namely to give the professional direction and allow the trainees to reflect on their professional projects, thus developing their creativity, autonomy and to value their newly acquired skills. The aim is to train the youth and adults so that on completion learners are ready to hit the ground running. It is therefore important to understand the meaning contained in the communication of management, colleagues, and external partners using our information systems approach.
